“Self-worth: The value we attach to who we are (not what we have, what we do, or what we achieve)” Brene Brown
Lotte has an integrative approach, coaching different spiritual paths & practices and the Holotropic perspective, toward the healing of various symptoms such as depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Her experience with mindfulness practices, somatic, and psychospiritual experiential methods inform her approach to healing.
Counseling can be conducted either in person or long-distance via telephone, free phone apps: Viber and WhatApp or Skype – all distance work is as effective as being here in person. I work with individuals throughout the world, including Europe, the United States, and across Australia.
In my work, I am mindful of empowering individuals to connect with their own inner healing intelligence and intrinsic knowing.
Just as our body will instinctually move to heal a physical wound in our body, our psyches are always guiding us towards healing, expansion, and maturing. I work in a gentle way, with empathy, understanding, and encouragement.
“We all have a third eye (including the Pineal gland which is an endocrine gland in the brain & in the same horizontal plane as the third eye) which manifests through our intuition and psychic abilities. A balanced third eye serves as a bridge that lies between the left brain (analytical, reasoning, thinking mind) and the right brain (intuitive, feeling side, beyond the physical). The third eye joins our inner and outer world and bridges the gap between our dreams and reality. It governs our ability to have a confident outlook with curiosity on life and to view misfortune or obstacles as opportunities for growth. Being a student of life, I love the growth process, as my own inner healer continues to open my heart to powerful healing and mystical experiences.” Lotte Schultz
