Always moving towards wholeness…
A session can be conducted either in person or long-distance via telephone, zoom or free phone apps. I work with individuals throughout the world, including Europe, the United States, and across Australia. Fees are $100 per hour and two hours are recommended or longer depending how you would like to work and how deep you would like to explore.
I offer a unique combination of talk therapy, breathwork, somatic work, inner child, /resourceful adult, mindfulness practices, trauma release, NLP and family constellation.
In my work, I am mindful of empowering individuals to connect with their own inner healing intelligence and intrinsic knowing. We work together finding processes and ways that you are called to explore. Everyone’s journey with life is unique and no two healing journeys are the same.
Just as our body will instinctually move to heal a physical wound in our body, our psyches are always guiding us towards healing, expansion, and maturing. I work in a gentle way, with empathy, understanding, and encouragement.
As a 5th generation psyche and medium my abilities can be helpful in my work/session.
“We all have a third eye (including the Pineal gland which is an endocrine gland in the brain & in the same horizontal plane as the third eye) which manifests through our intuition and psychic abilities. A balanced third eye serves as a bridge that lies between the left brain (analytical, reasoning, thinking mind) and the right brain (intuitive, feeling side, beyond the physical). The third eye joins our inner and outer world and bridges the gap between our dreams and reality. It governs our ability to have a confident outlook with curiosity on life and to view misfortune or obstacles as opportunities for growth. Being a student of life, I love the growth process, as my own inner healer continues to open my heart to powerful healing and mystical experiences.” Lotte Schultz
